The facility also includes 120m x 26m office (50% is 2-storey) electrical & instrument workshop, structures workshop, Regional Avionics Centre, ancillary buildings of hydraulic pump house, fire suppression pump house & water tanks for fire suppression equipment. The contract includes associated demolition & service diversion, external works & supply of services. A DREAM rating of very good is required.
