Defence Support Group, Refurbishment of Building B15 Donnington

The project entails refurbishment of building B15 at MOD Donnington, near Telford. The building was originally constructed in the 1940s and had been previously used as a store and office accommodation. The project will create a modern office environment and includes for the wholesale replacement of roof coverings and demolition of internal walls and services. A new office layout will be constructed from proprietary metal stud partitions, the external walls dry-lined and alterations to doors and windows. A feature entrance lobby is to be added to the frontage of the building, together with a new raised access floor and new mechanical & electrical services.

North East Lincolnshire Council, Carr Lane Carriageway Renewal

The works comprise the full depth re-construction of 2000m of carriageway and footpath.

North Lincolnshire Council, New 14-19 Skill Centre, Baysgarth School, Barton upon Humber

Construction of single storey building to provide 3 No workshop spaces, administrative/teaching area and toilets together with construction of new car parking spaces, external works and services.

E Factor (NEL) Ltd Enterprise Village, Grimsby

This development providing approximately 4,000 sq.m of lettable space consisting of 20 light industrial/workshop units, 3 incubation offices, enterprise academy complete with associated roadways, site infrastructure, car parking and landscaping.

Hull City Council, Hessle Road Flyover, Hessle, Hull

The works will be carried out whilst maintaining live traffic and phasing of the works will be required. Careful hydro demolition of the existing bridge deck is required to allow shear connectors to be installed and a new composite slab added to the existing. A combined waterproofing and wearing course system is to be applied to the new concrete slab. A concrete VRS system is to be installed on each side of the full length of the bridge.

North East Lincolnshire Council, Changing Facilities, Bradley Pitches Grimsby

Construction of a new sports pavilion building facilitating the following spaces -
changing facilities, officials changing rooms, kitchen and serving areas, multi purpose function room, physiotherapy room, store room, management offices, WC's, Disabled WC, and a meeting area. External works includes drainage and drainage attenuation, car park and access roads.
